The Wine Cellar of the La Rocca Restaurant in Baja Sardinia
A meal without wine is like a day without sunshine.
(ANTHELME BRILLAT-SAVARIN)
The wine selection from our La Rocca da Chiara restaurant's cellar is the result of careful research that brings to your glass the best of Sardinian grape varieties grown among the sandy dunes of Sulcis, on the rocky plateau of Mamoiada, or in the mineral-rich lands of Gallura.
Our wines are perfect for pairing your sensory experience with our chef's dishes, whether it's a fresh fish fry or a dish featuring Sardinian beef from Modica. Our La Rocca restaurant also offers a fine selection of Italian wines, including Franciacorta and Trentino sparkling wines, particularly recommended for pairing with our Crudités del Pescatore or Catalan-style lobster.
