Here are some examples of the dishes and wines included in the menu that Chef Tomaso Fruianu provides using the best seasonal products. Table service is provided by highly professional and experienced staff who will give you the best advice and guide you in your choice of dishes and wines. Drawing inspiration from international catering, the dishes on our menu are also created to be shared. Drawing from the highest quality Sardinian and national production, both meat and fish are prepared on site daily, the lobster harvested alive from the room's display tanks and the freshest catch shown before cooking.

Our fresh pastas are made with 0-km eggs and organic semolina, prepared by our master pasta maker who enhances the distinctiveness of each individual pastry with additions of saffron from San Gavino. All fresh pastas are rigorously bronze-drawn.
